You will lead a team of Human Capital Generalists & Enterprise Hiring Specialists & Managers to meet the Human Capital business partner, employee relations and hiring needs of assigned business unit/geography.
This will include overall deliver transactions related but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Data Entry and records maintenance, on-boarding, induction, benefit administration and educating employees regarding all administrative and employee relation inquiries/requests.
