Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage and monitoring the operation of Statement Cards Vendor Services
Monitor the BAU operation & Outsource vendors comply to the SLA
Monitor the daily/ monthly reports are prepared and submitted on time
Conduct Monthly Operational Meeting with the Business unit, Courier vendors and Outsource vendors
Managing complaint / incident which related to outsource vendors
Investigate by requesting incident report from outsource vendors
Participate as Subject Matter Expert if there tender exercise / contract extension/ contract renewal related to Outsource Service Provider/ Courier vendor/ Stationery vendor
Contract management – Review addendum, proposal & agreement
Managing any observation/ finding report
Plan & manage the departments budget
Managing replenishment, charge out & reconciliation of postages related
Developing and sustaining long standing relationships with company approved vendors
