Key Responsibilities
1. Customer On boarding & Maintenance (Prime Cash & NGB)
- Lead and oversee the entire customer onboarding lifecycle for Prime Cash and NGB, ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely processes.
- Maintain and optimize customer relationship management processes and systems for onboarding and ongoing maintenance.
- Work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and IT teams to improve the onboarding experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. eKYC – On boarding and Account Reconciliation
- Oversee the eKYC process, ensuring the seamless onboarding of customers with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Manage the end-to-end account reconciliation process, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and maintaining the integrity of customer data.
