Position Overview

We are seeking a well-presented and experienced Senior Manager with a minimum of two years' experience within a luxury brand environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and managing the business in the absence of the General Manager.

This role requires a strong all-round understanding of all departments and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a premium environment.
