What you will do: Business Development & Engagement
Identify and develop potential business opportunities through partners' networks and existing portfolios
Participate in industry events and conferences to gather market insights and creative trends
Consult with mid and senior management to develop new services and products for distribution channels
Leverage market and competitor insights to define unique selling propositions and differentiators
Collaborate with partners and underwriters to drive new business opportunities and achieve targeted retention ratios
Conduct joint fieldwork with partners, with or without underwriters, to secure a profitable business portfolio and mix
Sales Management
Maintain disciplined sales management through planned business reviews and goal setting for segmented partners
Track and measure production trends daily to ensure a strong pipeline and meet sales targets.
