Senior Manager Industrial Relations/Employee Relations

Job Summary

HeiTech Padu Berhad is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Industrial Relations / Employee Relations (IR/ER) to lead and manage all IR and ER matters across the organization.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining industrial harmony, managing employee grievances, overseeing disciplinary actions, and resolving industrial disputes in full compliance with Malaysian labour laws and best practices.

This position reports directly to the Group Human Capital Director.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Relations (IR)

• Lead and manage all industrial disputes and employee claims lodged with Jabatan Perhubungan Perusahaan (JPP) and Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK).
• Act as the Company's official representative and liaison with JPP, JTK, Industrial Court, and other statutory authorities.
