Senior Manager, Integral Life Delivery Management

Position Objective:

Leading a team consist of developers assigned to different projects and as a single contributor with specific roles in BAU/Project.

She/He is also expected to work independently with a strong technical know-how that enables her/him to propose sound, practical solutions to business problems. Influencing skills are a must, not only to resolve conflicts, but also to manage stakeholders across the business and IT community. She/He should already have the ability to think laterally and quickly grasp key concepts, have a positive attitude and be resilient when dealing with business challenges.

Coaching, mentoring and monitoring are parts of his daily tasks for him to ensure the team has sufficient capability as per KPI set.

Must have strong leadership, Initiatives, and teamwork to work with other technology teams in order to help team achieve target.
