Senior Manager, Investor Relations

Position Summary This role will build and lead this function at PlaySimple Games and will be someone who can own the relationship between the company and the investor community and help tell the PlaySimple story at the highest level. This role will be based in Bangalore, India and will report to the Chief Financial Officer. Qualifications CFA / CA / MBA from top-tier management institutes Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead all Investor Engagement & Communication-related activities: o Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the long-term vision. o Will serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other similar stakeholders. o Will play an active role in organizing investor meetings and earnings calls. o Contribute to the creation of investor messaging that is integrated with and consistent with the companys strategic goals.
