**Your responsibilities:**

+ Lead business analysis for new requirements / business process optimization. This may include ideas and concepts which are still in the evaluation and/or approval process.
+ Convey highly complex ideas, issues and designs from the HR organization to the relevant ITS delivery teams to facilitate the successful execution of the strategic vision.
+ Collaborate with IT Delivery teams to ensure release plans are prioritized according to the product strategy.
