Senior Manager – IT NOC - Arabic Speaking

About the Role

The Senior Manager – IT NOC is responsible for leading and governing 24/7 Network Operations Center functions to ensure high availability, stability, and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure and services. This role provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and senior stakeholder engagement, ensuring NOC operations are aligned with business objectives, service commitments, and long-term IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of 24/7 monitoring and support for networks, systems, servers, and applications.

• Lead incident, escalation, and problem management to ensure rapid resolution and SLA compliance.

• Manage and develop NOC teams, driving performance, capability building, and operational excellence.

• Act as the senior interface with internal IT teams, leadership, vendors, and third-party providers.
