Essential Functions

• Lead the development and execution of the Canadian IT PMO strategy, aligned with Corporate IT PMO governance, standards, and methodologies.
• Provide direct leadership and people management for PMO resources across 3 business Divisions in Hamilton (WESCAM), Montreal (MAPPS), and Mirabel (MAS), including responsibility for team capability development and performance.
• Oversee delivery of a portfolio of medium to large‑scale infrastructure, software development, and enterprise technology projects.
