Senior Manager IT Solutions – Consumer Banking Systems

Job Summary: The resource will be responsible for managing the design, development, implementation and enhancement of technology solutions supporting Consumer Banking lending products. The role involves close coordination with multiple stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure and customer centric lending platforms.
The incumbent will own product requirements, manage solution delivery and ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and enhancement initiatives for Consumer Lending Systems.
Collaborate with Consumer Banking stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Lead the implementation and enhancement of systems supporting Home Finance, Personal Loans, Auto Finance and other Digital Lending products.
