The duties and responsibilities of Senior Manager, IT Transformation include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

• 1. Develop top quality, clean, scalable and maintainable codes using any other programming languages or any other languages required;
• 2. Develop and maintain technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture for any relevant systems;
• 3. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions;
• 4. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies;
• 5. Work with Project Team closely to ensure all technical tasks are delivered within scope and on time;
• 6. Participate and contribute to existing and new projects;
• 7. Documenting business requirements and collectively report them to the respective stakeholders;
