Our Client in the Aviation (Strategy, Performance and Research) Industry is looking for a Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of the Civil Aviation (DCA) The Senior Manager: Strategy, Performance and Research will be responsible for the effective and efficient development of organisational strategic plans and annual performance plans as well monitor the implementation thereof and overseeing the organisational reviews on behalf to the DCA. The Senior manager will also be responsible for managing research portfolio for the organisation and provide strategic administrative support to the Director in order to ensure that the office of the Director functions efficiently and that key stakeholders that the Director is directly responsible for are managed in a strategic manner.
