Develop and execute tailored business plans for key accounts, prioritizing customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, reducing costs, and ensuring strategic alignment with CHEP’s goals.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, customer focus, and continuous improvement to drive business outcomes.
Monitor team performance against key metrics, including revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction, and take proactive measures to ensure success and continuous improvement.
Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their business needs and driving value creation.
