In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality, and cost-effective corporate secretarial services to support the company's growth and compliance objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the incorporation and registration of new companies and subsidiaries
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including filing annual returns and maintaining proper records
• Providing guidance and advice on corporate governance best practices
• Organising and attending board and shareholder meetings, and preparing the necessary documentation
• Facilitating the appointment and resignation of directors and company secretaries
