Company Description
We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Senior Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) to lead and advance organizational learning in support of high‑quality, safe, and client‑centred home and community care services.
This leadership role is responsible for setting the learning strategy, supporting regulatory readiness, and building the capabilities of a diverse workforce that includes Personal Support Workers (PSWs), nurses, allied health professionals, supervisors, and corporate teams.
The Senior Manager, L&D will lead a multidisciplinary team of learning professionals and work closely with partners across Clinical Practice, Quality, Operations, and Human Resources to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities, workforce realities, and best practices in adult education and healthcare delivery.
