**Job Summary:**

The **Senior Manager, LMS** is the enterprise owner of Labcorp's learning management ecosystem, responsible for technical strategy, governance, operations, and continuous improvement of the LMS and related learning technologies. This role sits within HR Technology and partners closely with Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, QA & Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless, scalable, and modern learning experience.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise LMS platforms (Docebo preferred), strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving platform enhancements, integrations, and user adoption. Experience operating within a 21 CFR Part 11–validated environment is highly valued.
