Signant Health is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager to help shape and deliver scalable, sustainable learning solutions that improve people and business performance. This role supports the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives—ranging from onboarding to leadership and professional development—while using best practices in learning design, facilitation, and measurement.
What you'll do
Apply learning experience, instructional design, and evaluation best practices to continuously improve onboarding and learning programs
Lead and provide direction to L&D team members and functional subject matter experts on content development and delivery
Support delivery of new hire and refresher training across technical, operational, and soft skills, including people leader programs
