Learning & Development (L&D) Senior Manager

• Enable a skills driven workforce
• Support the rollout of StarHub's Learning & Development plan and its embedment into key HR Functions (e.g. Performance Management, Talent Management etc.)
• Leverage HR System to identify pertinent skills gaps and learning needs
• Drive the achievement of key success metrics for Learning across Organization / Divisions
• Measure and report effectiveness of Training programmes in achieving Business goals outcomes
