Job Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the overall M&E initiatives of the organization.
2. Support the development and implementation of policies for effective data management
3. Formulate techniques to ensure quality data collection
4. Coordinate the development of tools for literacy assessments and classroom observation, establishing protocols for data management and analysis.
5. Assist in donor reporting by integrating quality monitoring and learning outcomes data into reporting structures.
6. Collaborate with technology partners to build data collection and analysis mechanisms
Job requirements:
1. Master's degree
2. Minimum 7 years of experience specifically in monitoring and evaluation in the education or development sector.
3. Strong understanding of data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly statistical software
