WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager to lead maintenance and L2/L3 production support while acting as an Application Custodian for RBC Cash Management. This role partners closely with SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Application Development teams, and external vendors to maintain platform stability and drive fast, accountable problem resolution.WHAT WILL YOU DO? Lead and perform hands-on production support (L2/L3) and application maintenance 
Act as the Application Custodian, owning application health, stability, and operational integrity
Drive cross-team and vendor issue resolution, ownership, and delivery against timelines
Use strong Java expertise to troubleshoot complex application and system issues
Partner with SRE, DevOps, Cloud, and Development teams to improve operational resilience
