Job Description

 Generally, develop and implement ideas to drive performance in terms of NOI and Total Return at Asset level
 Identify, appoint, oversee and manage third party advisers (property managers, letting agents, professional advisers and legal teams) where relevant to optimise Asset returns
 Driving strategy through creation and management of asset plans, asset management initiatives and hold/sell decisions to deliver performance
 Act as point of contact for major tenants and negotiate leases, lease renewals, and other agreements with them
 Update regularly the financial figures in asset plans, collaboration with property managers and perform actual budget comparisons
 Prepare and present capital expenditure and refurbishment proposals to the agreed Working Groups. Monitor capex works in terms of time, quality and cost budgets
