Job Summary & Purpose:

As a key team member of the GC&B team focusing on the Medical Job Family, work with the GC&B Leads in the planning, formulation and review of C&B programmes and policies at the Group level, and provide overview from a Group perspective to support all Healthcare company institutions in attracting, motivating and retaining the right talents to support business strategies

Support the GC&B Leads in all sectoral related C&B matters that will impact the medical job family in Healthcare company.

Lead C&B reviews and projects independently.
