Senior Manager / Manager, Platform Growth and Operations

The Platform Growth and Operations team is ultimately helping to drive more holistic solutions and action to maximize the marketplace transactions with a healthy service level for users. We are looking for Senior Manager, Platform Growth and Operations who will lead the team to grow the online platform / marketplace while ensuring good user experience through various business initiatives and online platform tactics for both users and drivers, while also driving the product capability enhancement needs and priorities and maintaining an on-going dialogue with our city operations teams. You will need to wear many hats, work smart and iterate quickly.
