What The Role Is The Surveillance & Enforcement Division (SED) serves as the investigation and enforcement arm of the Ministry of Health. SED enforces various acts under the Ministry's purview to ensure compliance with the Ministry's legislation and regulatory standards. Digital forensics plays a crucial role in generating leads for investigators to track down criminals and uncover digital evidence to support their prosecution. The officer will join the Digital Forensics team within the Surveillance & Enforcement Division, which conducts digital forensics investigations including data acquisition, evidence recovery, and forensic examination of digital devices in support of investigations and prosecutions. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with the management of the forensics laboratory and its supporting infrastructure, as well as identifying new technologies to enhance forensic analysis.
