Senior Manager, M&E

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, M&E to lead and oversee mechanical and electrical works across our developments. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring M&E systems are designed and executed in compliance with regulatory standards, project requirements, and cost efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and design M&E drawings, calculations, and specifications prepared by consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements and statutory regulations (SPANS, BOMBA, TNB, SKMM, IWK, etc.).
Review, check, and coordinate M&E shop drawings, technical submissions, and calculations to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with approved designs.
Conduct value engineering and cost optimisation exercises for M&E systems.
Propose and implement conceptual and schematic design solutions, including green, sustainable, and smart system initiatives.
