Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking an exceptionally qualified and highly motivated Senior Manager Military Programs Flight Test Safety in Berkeley, MO, Edwards, AFB, CA, Seattle, WA, or Patuxent River, MD.

This senior manager position is responsible for avidly leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Aviation Safety Officials while maintaining an intense focus on maturing and continuously improving Safety Management Systems (SMS) processes within BT&E’s military test programs.

The selected candidate will promote and leverage the SMS four components to proactively identify and mitigate flight and lab test risk exposures.
