Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 10 -12 Years of experience in US Healthcare medical billing process.
• 2.5 years of experience as Senior Manager.
• Minimum team size of 100-120 resources.
• Should have experience of handling US based client calls/emails.
• Should be flexible with shifts.
• Should be good at performing analysis, preparing dashboards, AR Matrix.
• Should be Creating Goals for team and monitoring progress.
• Developing and implementing strategies to achieve internal/external goals.
• Should have Knowledge of various functions within RCM to run the process effectively.
• NextGen, Allscript, eClnical, Trizetto, Waystar, Jopari & experience is preferred.
