Job Summary
The jobholder (2-year contract) supports the Team Lead and HOD to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employment and employability initiatives under the Future Ready Career Office team, with a focus on enabling the Malay/Muslim community to access opportunities in growth and evergreen sectors. He/She oversees programmes that equip jobseekers — including youth, women returning to work, and mid-career professionals — with relevant career skills, networks, and transition pathways.

The jobholder is expected to work from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and may be required to work over weekends and public holidays to support organisation events. Although the jobholder is largely expected to work in an indoor environment, occasional travel for meetings and programme visits is expected.
