Senior Manager of Deliver Operations Planning (EMEA)

The Sr. Manager Deliver Operations Planning is accountable for leading and governing Deliver operations planning execution across a multi‑region network of distribution centers and transportation partners. This position can be located in Switzerland, Belgium or Ireland. The role ensures consistent application of established Deliver planning standards, effective integration into Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and strong operational performance across service, cost, cash and resilience outcomes. The Director enables enterprise decision‑making through planning insight, scenario execution and cross‑functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning activities within established planning frameworks and standards.
• Ensure regional planning teams operate consistently and effectively within agreed planning guardrails.
• Monitor planning performance and drive corrective actions where gaps exist.
