Senior Manager of Groups & Events Program Enablement (Tech focus)

The Senior Manager, Groups & Events Program Enablement (Tech Focus) supports Groups & Events Enablement planning, governance, and execution for Groups & Events. This role ensures Groups & Events initiatives are planned, executed, and tracked in alignment with Groups & Events Enterprise strategy.

Your day to day

+ Lead enterprise‑level program and project management in support of Groups & Events initiatives.
+ Leverage industry leading tools to deliver plans, approaches, and dashboards for delivery of technical products to hotels
+ Create and maintain a common operating picture for Groups & Events initiatives to allow for a shared understanding of project statuses
+ Partner with vendor teams to facilitate required work for task completion for Groups & Events Initiatives
+ Ensure critical tasks are tracked and completed for technology deployment at the hotel level
