Job Description

• Lead and expand commercial operations of Teva in Chile and other Latin American countries, including markets with distributors like Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, Colombia and Central America.
• Report directly to the Chile General Manager; drive sustainable sales growth, open new markets, and align regional business strategy with Teva's global vision.
• Design and implement sales strategies and go-to-market plans for assigned countries.
• Develop commercial strategies with a multi‑functional focus to maximize the territory potential.
• Lead portfolio and pipeline strategy to identify and capitalize business opportunities.
• Take responsibility for the results of assigned countries, aligning local goals with Teva's LATAM strategic agenda.
• Direct, inspire, and develop a high‑performance team focused on achieving commercial objectives.
