Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Operational Finance leads the operational finance function across the United States and Canada. Responsibilities include managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, driving process improvement, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align finance with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee financial operations for AP, AR, payroll, cash management, banking, and month‑end close across US and Canada.
• Act as the final escalation point for high‑risk or judgment‑heavy items impacting financial statements or compliance.
• Oversee preparation and quality of financial statements and management reports in line with IFRS/US GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
