**_General Purpose of Role_** :

+ Represents the Operations department at a senior management level and to the rest of the PCI Group reporting into an SLT member.
+ Ensure that PCI Bridgend’s operational activities are effective and efficiently implemented while maintaining excellent levels of customer, staff, and supplier satisfaction.
