Senior Manager, Operations

Role Purpose

The Senior Manager, Operations of the Singapore Rail Test Centre (SRTC) is responsible for the effective operation, maintenance and governance of SRTC facilities. The role ensures high safety, operational excellence and compliance standards across all testing and maintenance activities. Working closely with the Business Development (BD) team, the Senior Manager supports the Centre's strategic objectives and develops the capability to grow into broader leadership responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Facility Management

• Lead day-to-day operations of SRTC facilities, including testing tracks, workshops and mid-life refurbishment facilities.
• Ensure safe, reliable and efficient delivery of testing and maintenance services.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement operational best practices.
• Oversee resource planning, asset management and maintenance programmes.
