Senior Manager, Operations

About The Role

The Senior Manager, Operations is responsible for the overall delivery and operations management of the company, reporting to the Director, Operations. This role ensures that all project operations deliverables are consistently met and implements operational improvements, and develops efficient methods to enhance coordination and productivity. It also provides guidance and coaching to Project Managers and project teams, supporting the company's delivery objectives and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance to address pertinent areas in terms of project profitability, budget adherence and performance issues
• Review, implement and manage relevant project operational processes, procedures and controls of the business line, consistent with the WSP’s strategies and values
