Senior Manager, Ops

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and follow up with relevant departments across OB Singapore, and when required, across the region, to complete assigned tasks and operational initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery, Admin, Finance, Offshore teams, Marketing ect. and other related functions depending on the scope of work. Support internal synchronization and reporting within the Operations team and to management. Consolidate, track, and analyze data related to Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery, and other operational activities. Prepare reports, summaries, and operational updates for internal use and leadership review. Proactively follow through on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with good quality. Contribute ideas and suggest practical improvements to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
