Position Summary

AEM Holdings is seeking a Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness to lead enterprise‑wide frameworks that strengthen organizational performance, succession depth, and leadership capability across the Group. This role partners closely with senior management and HR Business Partners to embed sustainable, high‑performance practices in a complex global environment.

• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and culture transformation initiatives aligned to business strategy.
