Responsibilities

Manage the requirements, design, development, and implementation of Workday reporting solutions for multiple HR data domains, including Recruiting, Learning, Reporting and Security domains. Experience with Paradox or HiredScore an asset. Manage a team of high-performing analysts, coach and develop their Workday skills, identify and prioritize department work, delegate projects and manage to successful results while fostering a safe workplace of inclusiveness and belonging. Develop Workday enhancements and maximize active features for Recruiting, Paradox and Learning modules, with a focus on automation and leveraging AI opportunities to reduce manual efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to lead a team providing exceptional customer service, managing critical projects in collaboration with HR, and achieving business objectives.
