Job Responsibilities

I. HR Strategy, Leadership & Board Governance

• Formulate, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with corporate frameworks and business goals.
• Act as the primary HR advisor to the Sr. Management, Board of Directors and the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee (BNRC) on HR related matters.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, organisational development, and enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to drive transformation and performance improvement programs.
• Participate in management decision-making processes with significant influence on human capital matters.

II. Talent Management & Workforce Planning

• Provide essential services for the recruitment, selection, assignment, development, and retention of qualified employees.
