Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a customer‑focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Oversee the Physical Threat Intelligence program to deliver proactive threat anticipation and prevention.
• Manage the intelligence lifecycle, operating model, standards and best practices in direct support of the Physical Security program to enable loss prevention and risk mitigation.
