- You will develop and implement an operational framework, policies and guidelines on policy service to ensure a customer-friendly procedure
- You will monitor daily operation of policy servicing and perform the requests within approval limits and according to company guidelines
- You will proactively identify improvement opportunities to enhance the services standard and efficiency from time to time
- You will supervise and train up the policy servicing team as to strengthen their skills
- You will review and verify customer due diligence and AML & CTF duties
