Senior Manager Postilian

Job Purpose

• Analyze business requirement for the Acquiring systems
• Preparation of functional solution, design document and test cases
• Develop the required solution and provide the support in testing
• Planning for Implementation and ensure smooth implementation and post production support
• Provide 24x7 support for the Acquiring systems (Postilion Switch / POS/ATM/ Ecommerce gateways)
• Provide service call support on Acquiring/Switch systems and analyze business reported acquiring issues

Key Result Areas

• Provide desired solution for business requirements and ensure minimum defect leakages from development and testing phases of the project
• Pro-actively test the desired functionality
• Ensure changes are being tracked throughout the project
• Identify system improvements and simplify the system complexity.
• Identify revenue opportunities and make constructive suggestions.
