Senior Manager, Pricing - Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL)

What you will be doing:

The Senior Manager, RESL Pricing, contributes to the growth and profitability of the Real Estate Secured Lending portfolio by developing, recommending and managing channel‑specific RESL pricing strategies, including channel specific rates, programs and specials; maintaining an in‑depth understanding of the competitive market for rates and products; and managing pricing exceptions and related compensation adjustments.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and drive a customer‑focused culture within the Pricing Operations team to support the acquisition of new business, retention of existing clients, and deepening of customer relationships, while ensuring pricing decisions contribute to sustainable, profitable growth.
