Senior Manager, Pricing Science

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, discount management, competitive pricing analysis, and profitability optimization.
+ Experience with B2B, distribution, or eCommerce pricing models, preferably in an industrial or wholesale distribution environment.
+ Ability to create value through consultative collaboration across the organization to deliver insights that maximize price performance across product categories
+ Proven ability to guide and develop predictive analytics that identify drivers, risks, opportunities and projections to influence decision making
+ Ability to translate analytics and technical outcomes into concise and actionable insights and recommendations
+ Comfortable communicating to all levels of an organization
+ Evaluate new tools and approaches to continuously improve data transparency and availability
