Senior Manager, Procurement Strategy & Transformation

RBC's Senior Manager, Procurement Strategy - Transformation will bring facts and data to our procurement decision-making processes. You’ll lead analytics and strategies across Global Procurement, solving complex problems using data-driven insights and telling a story that delivers better outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leverage a data-centric approach to build category and supplier strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to implement across the enterprise and drive transformation.
• Story-telling: craft compelling narratives that inspire action across all media and audiences, partnering with stakeholders to manage impacts and change.
• Analytics & strategy development: use data to solve challenges, support sourcing engagements, and analyze third-party spend, pricing, contracts, and processes to identify opportunities.
