Senior Manager, Procurement & Supply Chain - Data Centre Infrastructure

About The Role

Senior Manager, Procurement – responsible for strategic sourcing and procurement execution of critical data center equipment and services. Reports to the Director of Procurement & Asset Management and supports Bell’s AI Fabric program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for data centre infrastructure categories including power, cooling, racks, cabling, network, compute, and long‑lead equipment. Lead competitive sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and negotiate commercial terms including MSAs, SLAs, warranties and performance provisions.
• Translate program demand signals into purchase orders, delivery schedules and procurement milestones aligned to build and refresh timelines. Manage order execution, expediting and vendor coordination while maintaining compliance with sourcing strategies and financial approvals.
