A global confectionery powerhouse and seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Manager to drive its innovation roadmap. This is a crucial middle-to-senior leadership role, requiring a driven individual with deep technical expertise, exceptional business acumen, and a proven track record in the confectionery sector. You will be responsible for defining the future of our product portfolio in the high-growth Asian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative product solutions from concept to launch, including formulation, technical feasibility studies, pilot trials, and scale-up projects annually).
• Co-lead the end-to-end innovation process, starting from ideation. You will partner strongly with the Marketing team to establish the company's innovation roadmap and Future Portfolio.
