Your opportunity at ARC’TERYX As the Senior Manager, Production, you lead the manufacturing production team and all its associated responsibilities at our local manufacturing facility. Driving the continuous improvement of our production processes to ensure we meet and exceed all manufacturing KPIs and targets inclusive of safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and costs. You are responsible for building a strong team of leaders in production and skilled manufacturing employees while demonstrating strong desire to coach and empower behaviors that are aligned with Arc’teryx culture and values. You partner closely with Engineering, quality, training and supply planning to achieve overall factory and company goals with synergy.
